Accordingly, the developed countries such as the United States and Japan have increasingly focused on the development of high-tech future and for the purpose of maintaining competitive and technological edge it keeps ongoing R & D investment in expanding and strengthening techniques such as protectionism. But, South Korea with infinite potential as a maritime nation is having absolutely less support than other advanced countries.
